By accessing or using Enorexa Tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your account details up to date.
Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of content you create and publish on Enorexa Tools. By publishing, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Enorexa Tools to publish illegal content, spam, malware, or content that infringes on others' intellectual property. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Monthly and yearly Pro/Business plans are auto-renewing subscriptions processed via Razorpay (UPI AutoPay, card, or netbanking mandate) and renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime from your billing page; access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which Free limits apply. The weekly Pro Pass is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Limitation of Liability
Enorexa Tools is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Enorexa Tools after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
